3.4 Capacity. You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not acting under any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
4.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the codwin Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. codwin reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
4.3 Identity Verification. codwin may require you to complete KYC verification at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when required by applicable law or internal compliance procedures. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or PRC ID) and proof of address.
4.4 Account Ownership. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. codwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
5.2 You must notify codwin immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. You can contact our support team via live chat at any time.
5.3 codwin recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your Account and enable any two-factor authentication options available on the Platform. You should never share your login credentials with any third party.
5.4 codwin will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from codwin that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
6.1 codwin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at codwin's discretion.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your Account verification status and the payment method used.
6.3 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. codwin does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the originating Account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.4 codwin does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which codwin accepts no responsibility.
6.5 Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for any operational purpose. Your Balance represents a debt owed by codwin to you and is repayable on demand subject to these Terms.
7.1 You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to you in your Account settings.
7.3 codwin reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification. You will be notified of any outstanding verification requirements via your registered email address.
7.4 Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

8.4 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, the use of automated software to meet wagering requirements, or collusion with other players, will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in permanent Account closure.
9.1 All games available on the codwin Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.
9.2 All random number generator (RNG) based games on the codwin Platform are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and correct return-to-player (RTP) percentages. Certification records are available on request.

11.1 codwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) codwin reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms; (b) codwin is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority; (c) codwin reasonably suspects fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; or (d) the Account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.
11.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, codwin reserves the right to forfeit the entire Balance, including any real-money funds, pending withdrawals, and Bonus Funds. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.
11.3 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting codwin support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Any verified real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
11.4 Inactive Account fees may apply to Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Where applicable, a monthly maintenance fee of ₱50 will be deducted from the Account Balance until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
12.1 codwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. 12.2 Self-exclusion requests will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. 14.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude codwin's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and codwin, you should first contact our support team via live chat to attempt an informal resolution. codwin will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.4 codwin's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and Account status are final and binding, subject only to manifest error or fraud.
